    The following are terms and conditions for the sale of goods that will govern any contract for sale that we enter into with you.

    GENERAL INFO

    1. Any item showing a value of £9999.99 is out of stock.

    2. Most Orders are dispatched Within 2 days of reciept but Please allow up to 14 days for out of stock items

    3. We strongly advise you to print and keep safe a copy of these Terms and Conditions.

    4. Tech support is available free only for any product sold by us and is available by email or by telephoning the number at the bottom of this page Mon to Fri 10.00am till 5.00pm.

    PURCHASING

    1. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions. Submission of an order does not constitute our acceptance, nor does it indicate that we will accept your offer to buy, acceptance of your offer to purchase will not take place until after your payment is taken from your card. It is at this point that a legal binding contract will be formed which will be subject to these terms and conditions. The email you recieve is not an invoice just confirmation of your offer to buy. We reserve the right to refuse the sale of any item to any person for any reason without notification.

    2. Goods are subject to availability. Not all goods are stocked in our retail shop. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these goods and we will refund any money already paid for the goods. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses, which you may suffer if we do not supply goods.

    3. Payment is accepted on this web site only by any of the following credit or debit card, visa, MasterCard, Switch, Delta, Solo, Electron and Maestro. All credit / debit cards are processed offline for your security. We will not accept payment by cheque.

    4. To order goods through this website you must be at least 18 years of age.

    5. Goods will not be shipped outside the UK.

    6. Prices shown include VAT and are valid only for purchases made directly over this Internet web site for delivery by our courier. You may not order goods on this web site then collect them in person.

    7. For purchases made on our web site we offer a 7-day money back guarantee on all products (excluding software and consumables), if you are not happy with any product you may return it to us for a full refund. Items must be in new condition with all packaging and in a resalable condition. Charges will be applied to the customer for any damaged / missing / unsalable items. The customer must in all instances cover the cost of the return carriage. Returns policy applies see Returns below.

    8. The price for the goods will be as stipulated at the time when you place your order. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices, or the imposition of any new taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods on our website is wrong. We will inform you of the correct price and give you an opportunity to cancel the order. If the goods have already been delivered, we will give you an opportunity to return the goods and receive a full refund of the price and any delivery charges you have paid for the goods.

    9. We shall have the right to terminate any contract between us without penalty within 60 days from the date we accept your order. In the event of termination we shall refund to you all sums paid by you to us and you shall return any goods that we have despatched to you.

    10. You will only own the goods once we have received payment in full.

    11. We do not offer any credit facilities. We will issue you with an electronic invoice upon submission of your offer to purchase and a proper invoice will be raised upon acceptance of your offer.

    12. If you order software from us, a licence to use the software is supplied with the product by the publisher of the software. You are required to comply with the terms of the software licence as well as these terms and conditions.

    DELIVERY

    1. We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside of our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods even if caused by our negligence. All goods will be shipped stocks permitting using standard parcel courier (3 to 5 days), This is a description of the service we use and not an indication of the delivery date.

    2. Upon reciept of your order you will be asked to sign for the goods recieved as being in good condition, upon signing this will be your acceptance that they were delivered in good condition, DO NOT SIGN AS UNCHECKED, this will invalidate any future warranty or claim against the carrier.

    3. We reserve the right to part ship orders if an item is out of stock, we also reserve the right to cancel any order or part of an order without notification.

    4. Should delivery be delayed for more than 21 days you have the right to contact us and refuse to accept the goods. In this case we will refund any money paid by you for the goods.

    5. As soon as we have delivered the goods you will become responsible for them. Any damage caused while in your ownership will be at your own risk. If you delay accepting a delivery, our responsibility for everything other than damage due to our negligence will end on the date the carrier tried to deliver the goods to you.

    6. Carriage rates are displayed at the bottom of the page. Shipping charges are for standard UK mainland (inc Northern Ireland) addresses only.

    7. Maximum weight for northern ireland is 2 kilos (inc packaging).

    8. We do carry large stocks of most products but cannot guarantee all items will be in stock at all times. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery of items out of stock.

    9. IMPORTANT NOTICE: time limit for notification of claims. If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must inform us within 2 working days. Our Customer Services Department will arrange return of these goods and we will replace the goods at no charge or refund any money paid for the goods. IF YOU DO NOT DO THIS WE SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR GOODS SAID TO BE DAMAGED ON DELIVERY. Any goods returned as damaged or faulty after this 2 day period that are found to be in full working order will be returned to you and an administration fee of 25% of the price of the goods along with the cost of carriage of will be charged to you.

    RETURNS

    1. For items to be returned under our 7 day refund scheme you must give your notice of intention to return by telephone within 7 days of receipt ( defined as the date of delivery on our couriers delivery sheet ) our returns policy will be explained in full and you will be given an RMA number and instructions on how to return the goods.

    2. All returned goods must be accompanied by a valid Returns Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) which can be obtained by contacting tech support dept on the number at the bottom of this page. This applies to all returns for any reason.

    3. RMA numbers are valid for 7 days from issue, after this time you will lose the right to return the goods.

    4. Returned goods will not be accepted without a valid RMA number. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outer packaging, not on the goods. Unauthorised returns will be rejected and returned to you at your own expense. Failure to follow these instructions will result in delay and additional costs.

    5. All returns are at your own expense and must be suitably packaged, and a recognised courier used (Amtrak, Securicor, DHL etc not post office / parcel force). Proof of postage is not necessarily proof of delivery and you are therefore strongly advised to ensure your courier uses a service that requires a signature, also you need to maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods for loss or damage.

    6. You may still return unwanted items outside our 7-day refund period but in such instances a minimum restocking fee of 25% will apply and return carriage would be at your own expense.

    7. For items returned as faulty outside our 7-day period, if the item is faulty then it will be repaired/replced and returned at our expense. For items returned where no fault is found an admin charge of 25% of the purchase price and the cost of return carriage will apply.

    8. We cannot accept liability for packages damaged during transit. It is your responsibility to wrap the product adequately to prevent damage happening.

    9. No software may be returned for any reason. If any software discs are faulty the manufacturer will replace them. Please note Software Licenses are non-returnable.

    WARRANTY

    1. We will supply goods that are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months (or longer if required by law) from the date of delivery. This does not affect any other statutory rights that you may have.

    2. Many of the products we sell are of a technical nature and it is not practical to publish detailed specifications of all the products and keep specifications 100% up to date. All drawings, pictures, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. Pictures are for illustrative purposes only.

    GENERAL

    1. Failure by us to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions.

    2. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights

    3. We reserve the right to change or amend these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.

    4. The laws of England and Wales shall govern the Contract between us and any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
